Los Angeles Mansion Asks Over $80 Million

Los Angles Luxury Home for SaleThis Los Angeles mansion is being quietly shopped around for more than $80 million.

The home isn’t on the multiple listing service, but has been shown. The seller is investor Gabriel Brener, who co-owns the soccer club the Houston Dynamo and whose father, Pablo, is a wealthy Mexican industrialist.

Gabriel Brener bought the Holmby Hills property from the estate of Walt Disney’s wife in 1998 for nearly $8.5 million, tore down the house and acquired more land.

He built a two-level limestone mansion on the 3.5-acre property, which he and his family use as their main residence.

The mansion has six bedrooms, including a master suite on the main floor. There’s a pool and sculpture garden and a large family room. It’s on the same block as Paramount Chairman Brad Grey’s home.

Ron de Salvo of Coldwell Banker and Mauricio Umansky of The Agency represent Mr. Brener. Mr. Brener didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
